All divisions are posted in the same workbook. You will need to navigate to your division(s) using the tabs and arrows at the bottom of the workbook. Any updates to the draws will be live so you will always be seeing the latest version. Be sure to check your draws frequently for changes.
Other than early morning times, all times are approximate. Please be patient as we work through the tournament. Check in 30 minutes before your first match. If you are withdrawing at any stage of the tournament, please let a tournament director know using contact info on our website ASAP!
We have had a lot of rain in our area. The main highways close to Mason are currently in good shape. If you are staying outside the city of Mason in a rural area, you might want to check that access to your accommodation is available. Travel safe and pack some mosquito repellant!
We will have a full concession stand available each day with many options including Gatorade, tea, fruit, sandwiches, pickle pops, breakfast tacos, and many other items. We can accept cash or card.

The 2025 Dr Pepper-Tennis Outlet Open is scheduled for July 17-20, 2025, with the junior division set for Thursday (singles) and Friday (doubles and mixed) and the open division set for Saturday and Sunday. Registration for this tournament is open through July 12th. You can register on our SHOP page.

Junior Division details:
Juniors may register for up to three events to include one singles division, one doubles division, and one mixed division.
When signing up, please include information for seeding if the tournament director is not familiar with the player.
Divisions may be combined if the size of the draw warrants it.
Singles will begin on Thursday.
Doubles will begin on Friday.
Entry fees are $25 per entry per player.
Deadline to enter is July 12th by midnight.

Open/Adult Division details:
The open division is open to all ages.
Cash prizes will be awarded to all bracket winners and runners-up.
Students are not eligible for prize money.
Entries are limited to two events in this division but cannot be in the same category of singles, doubles or mixed.
Example: A player can play in 30s doubles and 50s mixed doubles but cannot play open doubles and 30s doubles.
Example: A player can play in any singles division and doubles division but cannot play 50s singles and 30s singles.
Divisions this year will be Open, 30s and 50s.

The 2025 Mason Summer Swing UTR Tournament was held Friday & Saturday, June 27th & 28th, 2025. We will likely hold this tournament again in June 2026, dates to be determined.
Boys singles and girls singles was played on Friday, June 27th.
Co-ed doubles was played on Saturday, June 28th.
There was a two match guarantee for each division.
